The Chair Pad Alarm can also be integrated into an existing nurse call system for added convenience. It features various settings to customise the alarm, including a delay option to allow the patient to adjust their position on the chair without triggering an alert. The settings include instant alarm, 1-second delay, and 2-second delay options. Furthermore, the Chair Pad Alarm offers settings for tone, volume, and a mute option. The mute setting allows the alarm to sound only at the Nurse Call Station and not in the patient's room, ensuring minimal disturbance. The unit is powered by a 6V DC adapter (included) and can be fitted with 3 AA batteries for backup power, providing continuous functionality. Setting are located inside of the control box.
