A Cork filling will then be applied, and a moulded carbon fibre and fibreglass shank will be attached under the Arch for total support. Butt Leather Mid-Sole is then laminated, and blake stitched (machine Sewn) through the upper to the Insole.The Cork Rubber sole will then be laminated to the leather midsole. Both the midsole and sole are brass wire screwed to the base of the boot through to the leather insole.The midsole and sole welt will then be stitched for extra strength and durability. The heel is then laminated to the sole and internally nailed using hardened buttress cling nails. The sole and heel are then trimmed to shape, leaving a good Spur rest on the heel. The boot is then cleaned, inspected and boxed ready for shipment.
