Features True Multi-Position Stander The MPS base allows for three positions, without changing pads, flipping footplates or moving the tray. It provides a smooth transition from a flat-to-load transfer to supine, vertical and 20° prone. The frame will only go into supine and upright with the prone position lockout engaged. True Hip Pivot Leg Abduction In the Zing, the pivot points are in line with the hips, promoting proper alignment in the hips, knees and feet. The feet maintain the angle with the rest of the legs, and there’s no need for an abduction pad or pommel due to the innovative design. Up to 30° of abduction is available per leg (60° bilaterally). Plenty of growthThe size 1 Zing MPS fits children from infancy up to 112cm in height and 32kg, while the size 2 fits children up 152cm in height and 70kg. The Zing can easily adapt to changing needs, and many supports, pads and straps are available in multiple sizes for the perfect fit. Remarkably modular The Zing MPS can be configured as a simply stander or fit a children with very complex needs. It is designed to grow with the child, and options can be added as needed. It’s great for use in a multi-user facility or school. Multi-use tray The Zing MPS features a multi-use tray that is angle adjustable and swings away in either direction. The tray can remain attached during transfers. Unique lift mechanisms Dual controls are available, which allow angle adjustment by a foot pedal or hand control. A gas spring lockout prevents an inadvertent change of position, especially important when the stander is being used around other children. The size 2 Zing MPS is also available with a Pow’r Up Lift option, which brings the user up to the standing position with a touch of a button. Contracture accommodation No special modifications are needed to accommodate children with contractures. With the multi-adjustable footplates, multi-adjustable knee pads and the independent calf pads, it is possible to adjust for contractures in one or both sides. Easy adjustment The Zing MPS features tool-free adjustment of all components. Every adjustment can be made with a simple turn of a knob or ratchet handle. Hygienic Covers The Zing covers are available in five fun patterns for the pelvic, upper body, lateral, head and tray areas. The covers help prevent the stander from getting soiled, especially during feedings, and can be easily removed and washed.
