MOTUL C1 CHAIN CLEAN is a spray cleaner. Thoroughly cleans motorcycle chains (on-road and off-road use) as well as the chains of other vehicles. Dissolves even heavily encrusted deposits such as sand, soil, oil contamination, etc. The chlorine-free and highly effective formula is ideal for O-ring, X-ring, Z-ring chains.SPECIAL BENEFITS: – O-ring, X-ring and Z-ring tested. – Automatically and thoroughly removes even encrusted deposits, allowing fast and effective cleaning with very little labor. – Improves adhesion and distribution of the new chain spray. – Propellant gas without CFC. – Also cleans and degreases grease-contaminated surfaces, does not attack painted surfaces.APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: – Protect substrate from oil contamination with suitable cover (cardboard). – Spray chain from the outside, allow to act briefly. Product automatically dissolves chain grease residues and dust. – If the chain is very dirty, clean it with a chain brush. – Dry the chain with a paper towel or suitable cloth. – Then treat the cleaned dry chain with MOTUL C2 CHAIN LUBE ROAD or CHAIN LUBE ROAD PLUS for on-road use or C3 CHAIN LUBE OFF ROAD for off-road use. – Regular cleaning and care of the chain will extend the life of the entire chain kit.
