Shipping Policy

General Domestic Shipping Policy

We use the United States Postal Service for our standard shipping. All domestic orders are shipped by First-Class Mail or Priority Mail. All domestic United States Postal Service packages include a delivery confirmation. If the customer is not home at the time of delivery, it will be up to the Mail Carrier to decide whether to leave a package or leave an attempted delivery note.

General International Shipping Policy

We use the United States Postal Service for our standard shipping. All International orders are shipped only by First-Class Mail to save shipping costs.

We ship to the United States, Canada, Argentina, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Norway, Belgium, Italy, France, Germany, Austria, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, South Africa, and most other countries.

International orders can only be tracked through the US Postal Service while they are on United States territory. We cannot be held responsible if the package is not delivered to the customer due to a problem outside of the United States. We are not responsible for shipments that are stolen or lost at the destination country.

We cannot be held responsible for individual countries’ import restrictions, inspections, duties, or fees imposed by Customs.

Delivery and Processing

Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.

Order acceptance occurs only when your order has been shipped. We will notify you by email when that has occurred.

If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email with the expected shipping date.

Most internet orders placed before 12 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, will be processed and confirmed the same day.

Please note that orders placed after 12 pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday, may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day.

Orders placed after 12 pm on Friday generally will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and confirmed on Monday (most orders will also ship Monday).

Holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays are not business days. We observe all federal holidays.

Please note that Imperium Wellness, Inc. is not responsible for orders that were lost or not delivered by USPS.
